Very nice place near Scansano, we slept at the apartments Borgi Degli Ulivi 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The style is a typical country Tuscan with horses, 2 swimming pools and a beautiful terrace for dining and breakfast. Nearby Montemerano, Pitigliano, and 30 min drive from the sea ( Albinia and Giannella beach) you can rent a boat and visit l’isola del Giglio. Apartments are very simple noting luxury but comfortable with a little garden. I recommend the 506 where there’s a beautiful view and it’s the last of a row with more privacy. People are very polite they’ll help you if you need to book a wine tasting ( which I recommend) abut will respect your privacy and relax. Breakfast is amazing with local products, the also have vegetarian and vegan options at the restaurant. The pool has big trees all around and it’s very relaxing. You can have a light lunch and a glass of wine. It’s not recommended for old people or people with handicap. Pets are allowed and welcome! Highly recommend

Being at the Antico Casale Di Scansano Resort is an experience that, after the first time, you will repeat with great pleasure. This place offers an exceptional experience with its very well-kept, I might say elegant, facilities; the services given are impeccable, all the staff are attentive to the customer's wishes. Fantastic cuisine (among all the delights, which I highly recommend, I have never eaten such good homemade pasta)!!! A wide range of recreational activities cater to people of all ages. Ideal for a holiday period, but also just for a day that will be relaxing and unforgettable. The place is therefore recommended for a break from the stress that unfortunately oppresses us. I forgot: four-legged friends and all pets are welcome, even in the garden, next to one of the swimming pools (there are 2), there is an area for dogs, which brings advantages for both puppies and their human friends. Finally, if you want to enjoy excellent wines, you can get good advice from Messrs. Massimo and Matteo.
